Community Update – Spring Trenching work

Further to the archaeological trenching that took place last Autumn, a small number of fields to be trenched were postponed until the Spring.

Trenching works will now take place from Monday 23rd March for approximately 2 weeks. The works will take place between 8.00am and 16.30pm and will include the use of one excavator, which will move between fields on the back of a tractor. There are expected to be approximately 6 movements in total.

We ask that residents do not access the fields whilst this work is being undertaken.
