The Crown Estate has launched a new round of community engagement events to share the latest proposals for East Hemel ahead of an intended Outline Planning Application submission in the Autumn.

We are now progressing with work on a planning application for our East Hemel site, which forms part of the HGC programme, and we look forward to holding our first full public consultation later this year to give the local community and other stakeholders the opportunity to share their views.
